Corrine & I are doing OP & WR now,
Amanda's at least she does what she's supposed to,
but the freaking shiz of the leader?!

Apparently if im getting the correct definition of a leader,
a leader's supposed to lead the group.
& a good leader will do it responsibly & properly.
Among other things of course.
Well apparently,
my group leader's really awesome.
He can hold the title of a leader by not doing anything.

I might sound like a total bitch dishing his dirt & talking about him on the blogosphere,
but you shld really try to be in my shoes.
Everybody shld be doing something, one way or the other.
Every group is already geared up for PW.
He literally just waves PW off his list.

I dont care if he reads this or whatever.

Take WR for an example,
I was doing the WR till late at night,
though i was damn tired cause i stood for 16 hours,
working + Cip.
Corrine was working on the analysis and everything.
What was he doing?

Asshole - 'Oh its okay, relax and take it easy.'
Me - 'How to? Submission's in 4 days?!'
A - 'It wont be productive if you're tired.'
Me - 'Nah its okay.'
A - '4 days is more than enough. My friend did it in 3 days'
Something like that.
edit/ i know it might be out of pure concern, but the least you shld do is to help out with something? Fyi, he went to sleep after like what 15mins.

more probably because he is actually doing something.

& you only know how to tell us rubbish.

When we didnt know how to go on with the WR,
you will just go 'Okay, we'll see what we can do about it.'
or you'll say, 'Its okay, we just go with our flow.'
WHAT THE HELL IS OUR FLOW?!

It just makes talking to you harder you know.
In the end, its just communication breakdown
and we dont even want to be bothered in asking you anything.
& that just pretty much screws our project up.

BUT I DO HAVE SOMETHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT.

& when we got to focus on both WR & OP,
you told Corrine off for doing OP ?!
I know OP's a little after for the dateline,
but something still has to be done right!

If i carry on rambling, i'll most probably digress and i'll be scolding just based on pure hatred.
Not that pure hatred isnt included now,
but it's more of irresponsibility and the attitude now.

We are supposed to do PW,
so let's just do it, what's with holding it off?!
& to add on, not doing anything while ordering us to.
