Spewing vulgarities(yes, im ashamed.) & saying 'bloody hell, finish this.' to myself for the 6 rounds.
It was such a torture on my mental strength i broke down crying after the run.
It was like 'i have to do this or i'll have to do it again.'
& when i stop running, im like 'no i cant damnit!'
Gosh, really. I was never a fan of torturing myself under the hot scorching sun.
+ im not exactly strong-willed.
I rather not get it if it takes torturing myself to get it.
Torturing myself's defined on my own individual view.
IMO, running is the biggest torture.
