Yup, I have just started work at Ernst&Young last monday.
So it has been a week since i've started!
I dont know if i should be talking about work here but here goes..
It has actually been a splendid week at work.
Despite the sleep-inducing training lectures and the mind-boggling taxation issues which we have not learnt in detail at school, it was a pretty great start!
Not saying this just in case the supervisors may check us out etc,
but saying this purely cause i really had a good time working.
SO FAR. HAHA
(Btw, i think they will be much to busy to actually read this space. They are so busy im glad we(the temps) are there to help! & hopefully we wont make too much of a mess for them)
& im joking about the sleep-inducing training lectures.
Well, it may be a little draggy towards the end cause there was serious info overload.
Although so, i felt that i became a mega genius overnight!
Kinda like the feeling of acquiring more knowledge.
Le sigh, imma nerd like that.
The people there are reaaaaaaaally crazy nice!!
Like i was so stressed out the day before the first day.
What to wear, how should i prepare myself, will it be too formal, how will my supervisors be like etc etc.
& i am so so so relieved cause they are all really nice!
+ they are willing to teach us for a bit despite their heavy workload.
Of course on our part, we will have to learn fast in order to help them.
This is kinda my first formal job, so i hope everything will go well!
Wish me luck sweethearts!
& on another note, i have not been taking photos:(
@ St James for a NUS party a few weeks ago..
With the silly boy who is still slogging his guts out for the nation.
& with his sister + cousin (:
