It's the start of a new year again!
Wasn't reaaaally looking forward to this one cause of the 13 but that's just such a weak reason. I think the main reason was that 2012 was too great a year and I didn't want it to end. I might be slightly afraid of what 2013 holds, might be. What i foresee will be a year full of studying, 2 sems straight and that's just all I see. & the impending doom of having to decide what I am going to major in. Economics? English Language? Or something I have not thought about yet? Sociology & Political Science have been written off my list despite me being really into stuff like that. English Language's the only one I'm into now but I'm just wondering if it can put bread on my table!!! Not just bread. I want crabs, prawns, steak, chicken, sushi, all sorts of food on my table as well!!! But Econs, the thought of maths is making me so so contented with just bread. Ha-ha #indecisive as always, not knowing what I want. So thus therefore, the dark cloud looming above my splendid 2013! But yes, positive thinking fairy dust still holds!!!! I've survived 2 decades of my life and whatever it is, I'll trudged on. Or rather, I'll flyyyy up up up. Letz go!

Ohhhhkay, here's why I love 2012!!
There's quite a fair bit of firsts as well in 2012, I've always enjoyed them!
A year anticipating results for the first 3 months and figuring out what I should do w my life for the next few months before actually landing in a school, a whole new environment!
Started it with a Chalet 04/01-06/01 w my beloved K+2! Our 1st one!
So glad to have become closer with this bunch since 2010! #6isthemagicnumber

4th trip to USS, this time with the aunt + brother!
Love it thereeeeee, the atmosphere is just perfect.
31/01/12: The 1st time I sent a boy to Tekong - Leslie's Enlistment!
I remember myself on the verge of crying so so badly but I managed to maintain!
We've grown so much as a couple since then :')
Helped out really awesome supervisors and managers at Ernst&Young!
Did crazy OT, mostly because of $$ but I really liked seeing the tax cases deplete by the end of the day!
Clearing work was so much more fun with my two sweethearts sitting beside me, Rachel + Joey!
The job really helped get my mind off Leslie in army, occupied me with lots of stuff so I didn't really whine on and on about how he's not w me all the time!
Feeling so nostalgic when I think about how all of us studied for As and went through it tgt. How we threw everything aside and just studied day in day out, feeling guilty at the slightest lack of motivation.

Searching for a school ha-ha, so thankful for the chance to be able to search!

Attended NTU's Open House as well and not NUS's. Ended up choosing NUS in the end!

That day was pretty awesome!
His parents, erjie & I went to Pasir Ris to watch him march his 24km!!!
His dad drove us there, to catch him along the route he was marching at! At midnight.
& he secretly used his phone to text us his exact whereabouts and yippee we caught him!!!!!
Felt so proud of my boy at that instance!
His friends saw me standing at the side and started turning around looking for him,
'Leslie!! Your girlfriend!' HAHAHA I was laughing so hard, it was so fun!
^^ So glad to be able to be there to encourage him.
Went back to his place after and slept for ~3 hours before heading the breakfast with his family!
Got to the Floating Platform and yay, training to be soldiers~
Yibing, Alvin, Junjie and Yihloong came to watch him too!
edit/ he finally uploaded the pictures!!! (w me nagging him of course!)

Harry Potter Exhibition!
With the clique K+2, really love anything Harry Potter! & so glad they are always gamed for new experiences! Played Quidditch and took pretty photos with the scarves and all! #magical Bought so many chocolate frogs but i haz no idea where my cards are now ha-ha. Tried the Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Bean and it's mighty impressive! I ate grass, dirt and soap, ALL TASTING LIKE HOW THEY SHOULD TASTE. Terrible, that's all I had from that $6 packet.
1st Bangkok Trip w my mum!
Was a pretty awesome trip! Bonding with my mum and definitely because it's a shopping haven!! & everything's so cheap so even if I'm spending a lot, my mum doesn't know till at night when we count how much we spent! ;) Genius hehehe
First day of school, pretty exciting! Just glad I got Eunice to stick to like a glue!!^^ & seeing Weeting around brightens my day too! Love it when we have breaks tgt!
18/08/12: Corrine's very memorable 20th birthday that found us at Hotel Elizabeth followed by Mt Elizabeth Hospital! Scared out of our wits with the whole 'Leslie's ear got cut' saga:( Thankfully this boy is strong enough and we went back to celebrate Corrine's 20th, returning her the limelight!!!! & yes I promised her a post but it's been 4months since hehehe soonnnnnnn.
24/08/12: 1st driving test anddddddddddddddd I PASSED!!!
No big deal cause I'm just taking Auto but I'm still a happy girl!!!! Haven't been driving out much though, don't like the idea of my mum yelling at me in the passenger's seat. But yet, it's something I have to go through for me to eventually be able to drive alone. SIGH.

Had our gossip sessions as well(even with our supervisors!), thinking of what to eat for lunch, exploring new places, snacking on the job, making new friends, esp Gabriel & Ismail, mad funny guys!

03/07/12: Last day of work at EY!!
